🤝 Relation with CDIF4EOSC?
In the #CDIF4EOSC project, OntoPortal technology underpins semantic artefact catalogues (SACs) used for metadata enrichment — including AgroPortal (INRAE), EarthPortal (CNRS) and the upcoming SocioPortal, to be launched by CESSDA for the social sciences. #CNRS and #INRAE contribute semantic interoperability expertise, notably on scientific variable description with I-ADOPT. Beyond OntoPortal itself, the OntoPortal Alliance is working on MOD-API to standardize SAC APIs across implementations.
#INRAE, co-founder of AgroPortal with #OntoPortalAlliance, is a key partner in the #CDIF4EOSC project, where they will explore how #SemanticArtefacts, #Ontologies, their #Mappings, and the machine-actionable #Metadata for semantic description can support the development of interoperable and reusable #FAIR #ResearchData ecosystems, essential for #ResearchInfrastructures and enabling the success of federated data spaces such as #EOSC, #DataSpaces, and beyond.
